You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete academic documentation. Any falsification of records, withholding of material academic history, or misrepresentation of financial status may lead to immediate termination of our advisory engagement without refund.

While we provide expert guidance, final eligibility, admissions, and visa decisions rest entirely with the respective universities and government authorities. Furthermore, outcomes related to residency, citizenship, relocation, business, legal, tax, and regulatory matters depend on the relevant institutions, professional advisers, and destination-specific requirements. Nodestar does not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval.

Nodestar Consultancy shall not be held liable for any institutional rejections, visa denials, or changes in university policy that occur during the course of our engagement. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service phase in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
